Ben Quane | NZCQS NZCS | MNZIQS
A clear systems thinker who is detail oriented and naturally leans towards end-to-end efficiencies. Ben has earned an enviable reputation as a competent leader in the field of Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Management. Based in Napier for nearly all of his 22 years in the industry, Ben’s worked on small and large projects locally and throughout the North Island.
He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and member of the NZIQS with extensive experience project managing multi-million dollar developments in the education sector, large-scale residential and commercial projects as well as large civil projects.
Rachel Deane | BSc, MAud(Hons), MBA | MAudA, MNZAS
A career business owner and Clinical Audiologist, Rachel offers a fresh client-centric and outcomes directed approach to construction services and residential property development. In building acoustics, Rachel works with suppliers and clients to advise on sound treatment design and installation effectiveness.
